This website may use technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies, provided this is required for the secure and functional operation of the website. Such technically necessary processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Status at the time of creation of this statement:
There are currently no confirmed technically non-essential cookies or comparable tracking technologies on prio-media.com. As soon as such technologies are used, a cookie consent banner will be integrated on the website and this privacy policy will be supplemented by a specified list of the cookies and services used – in each case stating the purpose, provider, storage period, legal basis, and revocation options.
If services requiring consent, such as analysis or marketing tools, embedded videos, maps, external fonts, appointment booking services, newsletter systems, or social media integrations, are also used in the final website, this privacy policy must be supplemented accordingly before publication and – if necessary – expanded to include a consent solution.
07 Recipients / Processors
Personal data may be transmitted to external service providers, insofar as this is necessary for technical provision, administration, or communication. This may include, in particular, hosting providers, IT service providers, email service providers, maintenance and support partners, or other contractually integrated processors.
Insofar as third parties act as processors, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of a corresponding data protection agreement and only according to documented instructions from the controller.
08 Third-country transfers
A transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area only takes place if this is legally permitted and the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are complied with. This can become particularly relevant when services of internationally active IT or communication providers are used.
Current status:
At the time this privacy policy was created, no secure third-country transfer on prio-media.com is known. If the final website uses services involving data transfer to third countries, it will be separately checked and indicated prior to publication on which data protection legal basis the respective transfer takes place (e.g. adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate guarantees).
09 Storage duration
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purposes. In addition, longer storage may occur if legal retention obligations exist or if data is required for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
After the respective purpose no longer applies and any retention periods have expired, the data will be deleted or anonymized, provided there is no other legal basis for storage.
10 Data Subject Rights
In accordance with the statutory provisions, data subjects have in particular the right to information regarding the processed personal data, to the rectification of incorrect data, to erasure, to the restriction of processing, to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
If processing is based on consent, this consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
